1. Provider
These Terms apply to Sit: Simple Meditation, operated by Ke Wang under the brand name MinSit. Contact: wk15327198228@gmail.com. Address: White Hole Arcade, 3/F, Center Department Store, Jianghan Road, Jianghan District, Wuhan, Hubei, China.
2. Acceptance
By downloading, accessing, or using Sit: Simple Meditation, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
3. What the app provides
Sit: Simple Meditation is a lightweight meditation timer and soundscape app for self-guided meditation sessions. V1.0 includes timing, ambient soundscapes, simple history, reminders, and optional subscription features.
4. Not medical advice
Sit: Simple Meditation is a general wellness and relaxation tool. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or condition.
5. Eligibility
You must use the app in compliance with applicable law and the Apple platform terms under which the app is distributed.
6. Accounts
V1.0 does not require an account for core use. Subscription access and eligible sync features rely on your Apple account and Apple platform services.
7. Subscriptions
Some features are available only through an auto-renewable subscription purchased through Apple.
- one monthly auto-renewable subscription;
- payment is charged by Apple to your Apple account at confirmation of purchase;
- the subscription renews automatically unless cancelled under Apple’s billing rules;
- you can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple account settings;
- eligible purchases must be restorable through the app.
8. Licence
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the app for personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms and Apple platform terms.
9. Restrictions
You must not:
- copy, modify, or distribute the app except where allowed by law;
- reverse engineer the app except where legal restrictions are unenforceable;
- use the app to violate law or infringe rights;
- interfere with the app’s operation or security.
10. Intellectual property
The app, branding, design, text, and related materials are owned by us or licensed to us. These Terms give you a right to use the app, not ownership of it.
11. Availability and changes
We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the app where reasonably necessary for maintenance, security, legal compliance, or product improvement.
12. Privacy
Your use of the app is also subject to our Privacy Policy.
13. Third-party services
The app relies on Apple platform services, including the App Store, StoreKit, and potentially iCloud and CloudKit. Those services are operated by Apple under Apple’s own terms.
14. Disclaimers and liability
The app is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
15. Ending use
You may stop using the app at any time by deleting it and cancelling any subscription through Apple where applicable.
16. Governing law
To the extent permitted by applicable law, these Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the operator, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights that apply in your place of residence.
